By using FlashSync ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
FlashSync provides the following services:
- Local Wi-Fi backup of iPhone photos and videos to Windows PC
- End-to-end encrypted cloud backup service (subscription required)
- Cross-device photo restoration
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Subscription Plans
- We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans
- Subscription prices are clearly displayed before purchase
- Prices may vary by region
3.2 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Renewal charges will be applied to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
3.3 Free Trials
- If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription after the trial period ends
- You may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep your device and account secure
- Not use the service for illegal purposes
- Not attempt to hack, decompile, or modify the App
5. Data and Privacy
- Your photo data is encrypted using AES-256
- Encryption keys are stored only on your device
- We cannot access your photo content

6. Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
7. Disclaimer
- The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied
- We are not responsible for data loss
- We recommend always keeping multiple backups of your photos

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
